Online registration closes on June 25; Full Registrations and meal tickets will not be available on-site. Click here to register now!
Before you register, make sure you know exactly what you are getting! Please note that any and all registration types come with a ball ticket! Yes, even if you only register for a Thursday Day-Pass, you can still attend Saturday’s ball!
The normal, standard registration costs $250 and is only available through June 25. It is called a “Full Registration” in our system. This registration comes with access to all programming sessions on Friday and Saturday, all Quill Track and Ascendio Wrocks events on Thursday, admission from Thursday through Sunday to the Common Room, the Vendor Room, the Art Gallery, all meet-ups, the Fashion Show, showings of any Harry Potter films and fan films at the hotel (except the StarKid live dvd commentary event on Friday night), wrock performances and pick-up Quidditch, as well as two meals (the Welcome Breakfast on Friday and the Leaving Feast on Sunday morning) and the Ball. It also allows you to purchase a ticket for our Park Event, the Theatrical Revue on Saturday, and Saturday’s Keynote Luncheon and the various StarKid special events. This is the level of registration that most people opt for.
The final kind of registration costs $50-$75. It is called a “Day Pass.” You must pick either Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and it is good for only one day. However, you can buy two Day Passes – we have several “combo” options available. There are no meals included with this type of registration. Daypass-holders can purchase a ticket to our private park event on Thursday night for $140. And any Day Pass purchase comes with admission to the Ball on Saturday night, no matter which day you choose.
- A Thursday Day Pass costs $50. It gives you access to all convention space and all Wrock concerts and Quill Track events on Thursday, as well as access that day only to the Common Room and Art Gallery, the Vendor Room and the Wattpad Reception. You are also able to purchase a ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards.
- A Friday or Saturday Day Pass costs $75. It gives you access to all convention space and includes admission to all non-ticketed formal and informal programming on either Friday or Saturday. It also makes you eligible to purchase tickets for events that day, such as the Wands by Wands by Wizards Revue, the Keynote Lunch, etc., and you are also able to purchase a ticket to Night of a Thousand Wizards, our private park event which takes place Thursday night. Refer to the Schedule for non-ticketed events taking place on Friday or Saturday.
- You can combine these passes for a total of two Day Passes (Thursday/Friday, Thursday/Saturday, or Friday/Saturday). The Two-Day pass also makes you eligible to purchase tickets for events either day, such as the Wands by Wands by Wizards Revue, the Keynote Lunch, etc., and you are also able to purchase a ticket to our private park event taking place Thursday night. Refer to the Schedule for non-ticketed events taking place on Friday and Saturday.
There’s only 100 of these, and it’s the everything-is-included, fancy schmancy registration; it costs $750 and is only available through June 25. It includes every event from the first Wrock Concert on Thursday, through the Welcome Breakfast on Friday, to the Saturday Keynote Lunch and the Leaving Brunch on Sunday, July 15. Merlin’s Circle registrants are also invited to a reception with some of our Special Guests on Friday night and get preferred seating at all regular non-ticketed programming events from Thursday through Sunday (seats are released five minutes before each session’s scheduled start time). Best of all, this price includes admission to our private event in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, as well as admission to our Wands by Wands by Wizards Revue on Saturday. Merchandise is not included in the Merlin’s Circle, but everything else is covered! This level of registration is capped at 100 people. In other words, under ten per cent of our attendees will have the MC registration.
Note: Our Refund/Cancellation policies are here.
If you are 17 or under, you must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone who is over 21; the parent or chaperone must have their own Ascendio registration and if you are accompanied by a chaperone who is not your parent or legal guardian, your parent or legal guardian must fill out and sign the form here, and have notarized or witnessed; you cannot register unless you bring the paperwork and your chaperone to registration.
If you are 13 or under, you may not attend programming sessions, access the Common Room or Art Gallery, or attend the Ball; registrants will be able to purchase Feast and NoaTW tickets so family members can join them.
