Interested in selling your products at Ascendio 2012?
If you have a business, and would like to sell products at Ascendio, you will need to purchase a vendor booth or table. Prices for tables start at $250, and prices for booths start at $550.
Hobbyists and those who earn under $5000 per year from sales of their products are eligible for our Craft Faire on Friday, July 13. Craft Faire participants must have either a Full, Merlin’s Circle or Friday Day Pass registration, and must pay the $25 Craft Faire Table Fee. Spaces at the Craft Faire are limited. Each Booth Vendor will receive two Booth Staff Badges (and the ability to purchase a limited number of additional Booth Staff Badges), and will be provided with a space of approximately 7′ x 8′, which will contain either a 24 inch by six foot table, or a 12 inch by 6 foot table, as well as two chairs.
Each Table Vendor will receive one Booth Staff Badge (and the ability to purchase up to two additional Booth Staff Badges) and will be provided with a 24 inch by 6 foot table and two chairs.
Booth Staff Badges are nontransferable as of June 1, 2012, and provide the holder with access to the Vendor Room, Common Room, Art Gallery, Courtyard and Formal and Informal Programming Sessions that do not require an extra ticket. Booth Staff Badge-holders can purchase tickets to the Welcome and Leaving Feasts, the Theatrical Revue, our private park event and any additional add-on tickets that are later added.
