Ascendio 2012

We are! We’ll be at a table on the floor below the lobby at the HYATT from Friday through Sunday (possibly Thursday afternoon and Monday morning, too) from 10 AM til 8 PM with pins, pens, info about Ascendio (and the HP Alliance, and the International Quidditch Association), and the ability for people to register and pay cash!

Come by, say hi, get some candy, and please follow us on Twitter – we’re HPEF over there – because we’re going to have some trivia challenges taking place all weekend, where every time we ask a question, the first five people to come by our table with the correct answer win a nifty prize! Also, if you’re registered for Ascendio, or register during Dragon*Con, we have a thank-you gift for you! Just bring your confirmation number & email address to the table, or print out your registration confirmation, and we’ll Thank You For Registering (limited one thank-you gift per person).

Ascendio would love to meet you this summer, as we gear up for an amazing event at Universal Orlando from July 12-15, 2012.

if you’re coming to LeakyCon or live in or near Orlando, and want to learn more about Ascendio, register, meet some of the con team or be thanked for registering, join us at Jake’s American Bar on the groud floor of the Royal Pacific on Friday, July 15 from 3:30-5 for margaritas and nibbles. If you can’t make it then, we’ll be sticking around a little later than that, and hanging out in the Orchid Court late Saturday afternoon, too.

You don’t have to be registered for LeakyCon – or already registered for Ascendio – to stop by and say hi to us – and in September, we’ll be at Dragon*Con, too, with some fan table and bar-side festivities! More info about location/dates coming next month.
